Your challenge:

The Sales Manager Scandinavia (m/f/d) is responsible for identifying and capturing the best possible opportunities to present the company's products in the relevant market segments and to maximize revenues and profit margins in line with the Business Plan.

Your responsibilities:Your qualifications:
  • Permanently evaluate the sales market in selected Scandinavian countries for photovoltaic modules and related products in the Relevant Countries and provide HQC with information and updates about actual developments in these markets.
  • You participate and coordinate the appropriate pre-sales, professional services and support resources to successfully deliver value and solutions to customers.
  • You negotiate and close terms and conditions of agreements.
  • You take responsibility for the effectiveness of the sales region, by developing relationships with customers, end users, funders, local trade forums, consultants, partners and developers.
  • Ideally you have sales experience in Scandinavian PV industry, and can present a successful proven sales track record. You might also have relevant experience in development and execution of sales to PV installers and distributors, and provide market insights and implications on components sales in Scandinavia.
  • Alternatively, you have sales experience in technology, energy or manufacturing industries, serving business customers directly, and can present a successful proven sales track record.
  • You have successfully completed your studies, majoring ideally in sales, or you can present equivalent business experience.
  • You are open to the idea of regular business trips.  
  • You have a convincing manner, also experience and skills in negotiating agreements.
  • You are a business hunter type, ambitious, highly motivated and able to respond flexibly to a fast-changing environment.
  • You have very good communication skills and enjoy working in a team.
  • You can work effectively in a remote position.
  • You have demonstrable experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and CRM-systems.
  • Business-fluent spoken and written Swedish skills as well as good spoken and written English skills round off your profile. Other foreign language skills are welcome.
